His origin story is that he always wanted to be a hero, and he worked for the agency for a while, and people didn't see him as a good hero, so he did something to show people he's a good hero: he sets up danger at locations like bombs, but then John finds out his plan and got him fired and he went to prison for a year then escape to get his revenge on John Isaac
